My work

My main responsibility during the development was the design of the player's movements, controls, and camera, from its conception to its implementation and balancing in the game engine. I worked on numerous iterations and took feedback from the team and outside to achieve satisfying results.

I also worked on the UI and UX. I designed the HUD and various quality of life features to help the player understand the game's current state.

Throughout the production, I regularly joined the level designers to help them improve their maps and also create new ones.

Publishing on Steam

After finishing the game, we decided to publish it on Steam. I worked on setting up the store page by making the marketing elements and also going through the Steam publish process to validate the store page and the game build.

It was a very interesting part of the project because I learned a lot of usefull informations to understand the challenges of an indie developper

Conclusion

Thanks to this project, I learned many lessons about navigation and 3C design in a 3D environment. It was also a good experience to understand multiplayer design problems.
